Young Property Professionals YPP WA

Since its establishment in the late 1990’s, Young Property Professionals (YPP) has provided a dynamic, interactive forum for its members on both a social and professional level. The Young Property Professionals are typically in the “under 35” age bracket.

The Institute supports the group and encourages its development as a special and important sector of its membership. They are a dynamic group that conducts events with a youthful style. Some of the events have a “professional development focus” and others a social and networking style.

The Young Property Professionals group hosts events for Curtin University Property students – providing the opportunity for students to meet and speak with YPP Committee Members and discuss career paths.

YPP events are open to non-Members of the Australian Property Institute and are often excellent opportunities to network with young professionals from outside the property industry.

The Western Australian Young Members Committee is an energetic committee set up to represent the views of Young Property Professionals (YPP) and to provide them with support, while bringing a fresh approach to the Australian Property Institute.

YPP welcomes everyone from a property or related professional background. It is a forum to make industry contacts, meet other professionals and get involved with social and professional development events. The Young Members committee is working to promote the needs and interests of Young Property Professionals.
